[Resolved] IFB Industries — IFB microwave oven with substandard components

Same status. Ifb did not respond. Today i discovered that ifb has cheated me every way possible. I thought i was buying a made in india product but it is actually a made in china substandard product. The pcb's original date of manufacture is 2015.11.09, but a paper sticker is pasted on the pcb and it shows the date as 2018.06.09. White marking on the cracked ic clearly indicates that they had detected the ic as not reliable/weak/faulty. Not to mention the so greedy has these companies become! Oct 9, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The appliance was lying as garbage in my house and I could not dispose it. So, I had to compromise and pay prices for printed circuit board, touchpad membrane and service fees to IFB. Hope the new parts are reliable and the appliance can be used safely. IFB Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
