Well the first complaint was made on the first week of july 2018, it took around 15 days to respond. On 17th of july a technician came to check the machine which is not working correctly & very smartly said repair requires a part which is not available with him hence said would repair the machine in few days as soon the part is arranged.
Post that very smartly asked us to get the machine covered under amc & very happily collected 3400 & left forever. I would just like to ask what kind of customer service is this where in the customer is only there to pay for different virtual service which are never given by the company.
First of this company deals with third party vendors to service the customers with there items & above that there is no response even after notification of the same issue since last almost 20 days.
I demand first the money back which is charged for amc & secondly strongly recommend never to buy any ifb product. Most third class & pathetic service.
