[Resolved] IFB Industries — ifb microwave worst quality and ifb company harassing services | |||
We had ordered a ifb microwave in april 2017. The product was damaged and so it had to be returned and exchanged. Again, the exchanged product recieved was not working properly and we had to complain at various levels multiple times. Now the executive are finally accepting that the product was non functional and they would again exchange it. But we are so tired of the whole ifb service and product quality that we want our money back and if further pushed we want interest on that money for all the mental trauma handled in dealing with the worst ever ifb service quality.
