I have purchased ifb washing machine with 4 years of warranty. It has stopped working suddenly 1 week before. So I called ifb customer care and they arrange one engineer visit. Engineer told us to purchase some drum cleaning materials worth rs. 1200. He told that he will use rs. 600 cleaning materials in your machine which we dont agree. If my washing machine is under warranty then why should I purchase any cleaning materials? It is ifb’s responsibility to start my washing machine anyway. Since then we have called number of times, we also emailed and tried to convey messages on social media but just one answer “be patient”. They are not providing any status or any progress details. When i tried to reach customer support they have told me that your ticket is closed. They ask to open new ticket. I don’t understand how one can close ticket without fixing that issue. @IFB please let me know if you are not interested in repairing my washing machine which is under warranty. Aug 05, 2022 Updated by Viral Thakkar 86 @ IFB You are wasting our times. I will have to send email and explain my complaints to Mr. Bijon Nag, Mr. Harsh Vardhan Sachdev and Mr. Rajshankar Ray. I really don’t want to spoil their precious time for such a small issue but you are forcing me to do so by not resolving my complaint since long. If my washing machine is not repair with in 24 hours, i will send emails.

The information you have given is not correct. Please be informed that my washing machine is not working completely it doesn’t have any vibration issue. Its been 15 days now. You can confirm with engineer he has visited 2 times.
