I have bought a high end washing machine of IFB - Laundrimagic, worth more than 60k. However, within 6 months, the machine started giving a strange problem of water getting filled in the washing tank. Clothes are not getting dried or washed. The cycle goes for more than 6+ hours while the clothes are deeply wet.
The machine is under warranty.

We have raised complaint number
Complaint number: [protected] - this ticket was closed without our confirmation, as the problem never got resolved. The technician visited and more than fixing him has made the machine even worse. He promised to talk to seniors but none the surprise it was a false promise as usually these people make. Neither he arranged any senior nor he bothered our problem.

    Technicians are giving wrong information and in other words it is fraud.. he said 3900 for 600 rs part and that is covered under warranty but saying not covered.. ticket [protected].. I sent email and did follow up but no response

      Hi Team, sorry to say this, but I have received damaged products for the second time. Bajaj electronic team said that the 2nd product replacement has been initiated before 10days ago but till now we didn't get a replacement. Why there is a delay in replacing the product from IFB?

      Bajaj Electronic employee is not at all responding to me. because of this issue, I have personally taken the time and visited the store and requested them for a replacement but still there is no further action is done, at least they didn't even make a phone call. A very Very irresponsible employee from the most popular Bajaj electronic store.

      And also the IFB company is delaying the replacement of the product, if that is the case then why would you deliver a damaged product and why would customers prefer IFB products? This is very disgraceful and I am not at all happy with the IFB product as I have received damaged products two times.

      The delivery boy is not at all unloading the products safely. I watched it live. what kind of safety measures are taken by IFB company for delivering the costly products? instead, IFB would have taken the amount once the product is delivered safely.

        Ifb not repairing under warranty Washing machine

        I have purchased ifb washing machine with 4 years of warranty. It has stopped working suddenly 1 week before. So I called ifb customer care and they arrange one engineer visit.

        Engineer told us to purchase some drum cleaning materials worth rs. 1200. He told that he will use rs. 600 cleaning materials in your machine which we dont agree.

        If my washing machine is under warranty then why should I purchase any...

        Hello, I am Bhaskar Mani Kiran. I was using the IFB Washing Machine. Recently my machine has been paused so many times while running. I raised a complaint on 14 July 2022. Complaint number [protected]. Technician was visited the next day and he was said, Motherboard problem. It will be replaced within 1 week. 16 DAYS OVER, but no one contacted me till now for service. I was contacted by the service centre so many times but no use. WORST SERVICE CENTRE - SRIKAKULAM, ANDHRA PRADESH. Service centre employees closed my complaint and registered another complaint without my notice on 26 July 2022. New Complaint no [protected].

          Is is mandatory to buy filters and base stand from installation guy for warranty

          On 24 july 2022 i have purchased ifb washing machine from flipkart and it got delivered on 27 july 2022..
          today the technician came and demanding to buy filter and it cost 2600/- and the base stand 1900/-..he is telling if i not buy this two things then my washing machine got no warranty no service available in future from ifb ..is this correct service from ifb ......

          I am sorry to inform you that I am suffering like any thing since 07.07.2022 due to irresponsible behavior of the company. I have raised tickets and also mailing regularly regarding mal functioning of my washing
          machine. I have never experienced such situation with any other company. Without resolving the issues my tickets are always showing resolved. Now I am not fed up with the services. So called technicians are neither calling me nor they are responding my calls. I have called several times to service centre but all went in vain.

            Model : TL70SGDG
            Date of Purchase : 17 Mar 2020
            Location of Purchase: Bangalore

            Complaint:
            1) Unable to touch the machine due to electric shock
            2) Rusting - All round the top frame is rusted within 2 years

            Regarding this complaint was registered viz ticket no [protected] and Technician came and inspected the same day. His observations:
            1) Electrical shock due to water logging inside top electronic dash board. "So dont use for some days " his advise.
            2) Regarding rust - "Nothing can be done about that" he says.

            The machine is under a 4 years warranty this is the response from the company technician.

            I had paid such large amount considering IFB as a good brand and now they are cheating consumers by manufacturing products using substandard materials causing potential danger to consumers such as electric shock etc.

            If this is not resolved here, I would like to take it up further to consumer court.

              We contacted one of the IFB Franchisee / Dealer in Chitradurga, Karnataka for Washing Machine repair and one technician came to attend and resolved the issue with Washing Machine and he also gave a box that contains expired IFB Laundry Liquids and collected the money. When i checked the Best Before date on the box, the date was already over. I spoke to the technician and he said he will arrange for the replacement. But when i call him, he is not responding to the calls. Very bad of him and this has made me think IFB does this kind of inconvenience and fool people.
              I would want the IFB to contact me to understand about this and get the replacement.

                I bought IFB washing machine 7 kg top load model on August 2019 from dealer of Karaikal, Pudhuchery state...
                I had issue on water inlet and booked complaint on 10 th march..serviceman rectified that problem on 11 th March..
                But due to mishandling of that service man I noticed some breakage on door keel..so I booked complaint again on 17th march..but the service man came 5 days later and told that he put glue and paste that breakage..but I not want temporary solution..so I not accepted his idea and ask him to replace with new part..so he went away..this is purely his mistake.
                Then I called customer care and complained on 24 march and again on 4th April..but there is no proper response..
                I trusted on IFB brand and customer service..but I lost hope now..

                As said above the service man from IFB franchise of mayiladuthurai who attended service on March 11 is purely responsible of the breakage of my machine door.on that day as we are in duty only our in laws who are old people only in house.so it paved way for that service man to hide the breakage.
                I noticed it after one day and booked complaint via toll free number for many time.
                Although I am till In warranty period IFB company not take care of my complaint and rectified the issue.
                I mailed many times and at last I am disheartened.
                IfB authorized franchise side not even contacted me..but they closed my ticket stating that quotation given to us for new parts.
                Its crystal clear that problem is from service side..
                I need new part to be replaced with warranty offer.so that I not want to pay for the mishandling of service man.

Thanks to IFB customer service for such proper and timing response.you deserve to be customer friendly.my hope on your brand will be everlasting..

                  It is been more than 15 days and they did not fix the problem, but after charging me Rs 1590 they broke the working appliances and the local service center guy does not even show up or pick up my phone. I made numerous complaints and wrote to their executives, but no results so far. Please stay away from buying any IFB appliances. Their Customer Support and local service center in Nagole, Hyderabad (Laxmi Sai Associates) is the worst of its kind.

                    Service centre engineer says no spares being manufactured so repair not possible. That's unbelievable for such a good company.
                    Pl support for repairing. Machine suddenly stopped working, there was some burning smell. Perhaps electrical unit is burnt.

                      Service engineer said Spares are not being manufactured. Model is out of production. I don't believe this.

                        About one month ago, said washing machine stoped working. That day itself we have registered a complaint in company's customer service department. Techinician visited our premises and inspected the prodcut, found the drum inside the product is defective. Techinician said it will be resolved under warranty within a maximum time of 10 days. Its more than one month now. whenever we try to contact the service centre ( Rajith-+91 [protected]-Service Incharge-IFB Valluvambram) they are telling next week next week. I am middle class working family man with a wife and two kids. My both the kids are under the age of 6. Also my wife is an allergic patient because of that she cant do the washing of cloths in old traditional way. I am struggling to do my laundry even after paying such a huge amount for the product during these tough times. No one is taking responsibility for the product defect and its after service. Only shelter for consumers like me is these type of consumer forums. Kindly request you to necessary actions as they should not repeat these types of practices in future with any other final customers

                          I have ordered IFB dryer turbo dry ex on 1st July in IFB website and already paid . Till now i haven't got any product. So I have called the customer executives more than 10 times. No one solved my problem. I request for cancellation and refund but that is also not done by them. I want my money back as soon as possible.
                          Please just Cancel the order and refund me the money please. im begging you. I cannot call the customer service...

                            I’m H.S Rathore have purchased ifb washing machine fully automatic machine Aqua senator SX in October 2016 but now my washing machine motor is not working and need to be replace but ifb technician demanding money for motor replacement but I have told them it’s under warranty but they r telling it’s only 4 years not 10 years for motor warranty . But in system it’s clearly show 10 years of motor warranty. Anyways I need to complaint against IFB washing machine motor warranty issue.

                              3 months back I filed the following complaint
                              "I have been using IFB 436CTR-BG built in hob since last 2 years at Tezpur Assam -784028. I have been facing lot of problems with it. Many time I complaint to the company, but they couldn't resolve any of my problems. Last time I booked a complaint on 19th January 2022. After around one and half month, one of their technician came, but forget about resolving my issues he even couldn't open the hob. Then he asked me to take the hob to his service center, I took it there and kept it there for three days but even then he couldn't open the hob, on top of that he broke one of the parts, which he himself admitted. After that I contacted the IFB help line([protected]) on 25th March 2022 and they said within 24 hours some of their executive will contact me. but so far no response. Now I want the product to be replaced as they couldn't repair it."

                              After one month of partial repairing, the product again started giving problem. The big burner is still not working, the middle size two burners are also showing very low flame. After calling their technician several time I received no response. I have been having lot of problems. Please do the needful. IFB technicians almost surrendered that they can not do anything. In that case I ask them to either replace the product or refund the money.

                              Today is 8th day after your last response. 2/3 Phone calls and after that full stop. No communication so far. Nobody came for checking. I am sure all of your technicians know that this product is a defective piece. They can not repair it, so they do not want to come. Why don't you accept that and either replace your product with a new one or take back your defective piece and refund the full value. Within next 3 days if none of your technician visit my place I am going to take serious legal action. I have been suffering since last year. You have to compensate that.

                                I have bought washing machine from IFB 4 years back and i have maintained this washing machine with almost every month complaints finally 4 years completed now my warranty got finished and here is the problem started exactly 2 months under the warranty they have changed mother board and after 2 months again washing machine is not working then i have raised ticket then the person from yousufguda, madhura nagar, hyderabad dealer came and checked and said mother board was damaged again i surprised about the quality of IFB material only 2 months the ifb material will work is my question is that the quality maintaining by the branded IFB???

                                The dealer from yousufguda madhura nagar, Hyderabad are rude and they dont know how to speak with customers they are saying we have changed for free last time did they provided washing machine for free is that the way speak with customer??? Is IFB encouraging dealerships to this kind of persons??? If they changed for free they will provide worse material since it is a free material ???

                                These yousufguda dealers come every time and change the parts and i dont know what kind of quality parts they are maintaining and changing ... Now they are criticizing the customers by saying you can complaint any where.

                                This is not the way parts should work atleast 6 months to 1 year otherwise why should we encourage IFB.

                                IFB please take action and do the needful

                                  During the installation our new ifb washing machine service boy insisted to buy ifb stabiliser for 4500 rupees. He ensure that it has warranty of three years. But after the installation he said GST bill will be send to my what's app. So that I can claim warranty.. But till now I didn't received any mail or message about the gst bill.
