Suddenly dishwasher stopped working. There was a smell of burned parts.
Service engineer said Spares are not being manufactured. Model is out of production. I don't believe this.
Need support urgently.
Paid visiting charges which are costly but no use

    About one month ago, said washing machine stoped working. That day itself we have registered a complaint in company's customer service department. Techinician visited our premises and inspected the prodcut, found the drum inside the product is defective. Techinician said it will be resolved under warranty within a maximum time of 10 days. Its more than one month now. whenever we try to contact the service centre ( Rajith-+91 [protected]-Service Incharge-IFB Valluvambram) they are telling next week next week. I am middle class working family man with a wife and two kids. My both the kids are under the age of 6. Also my wife is an allergic patient because of that she cant do the washing of cloths in old traditional way. I am struggling to do my laundry even after paying such a huge amount for the product during these tough times. No one is taking responsibility for the product defect and its after service. Only shelter for consumers like me is these type of consumer forums. Kindly request you to necessary actions as they should not repeat these types of practices in future with any other final customers

      Order online in IFB website still not received

      I have ordered IFB dryer turbo dry ex on 1st July in IFB website and already paid . Till now i haven't got any product. So I have called the customer executives more than 10 times. No one solved my problem. I request for cancellation and refund but that is also not done by them. I want my money back as soon as possible.
      Please just Cancel the order and refund me the money please. im begging you. I cannot call the customer service...

        I’m H.S Rathore have purchased ifb washing machine fully automatic machine Aqua senator SX in October 2016 but now my washing machine motor is not working and need to be replace but ifb technician demanding money for motor replacement but I have told them it’s under warranty but they r telling it’s only 4 years not 10 years for motor warranty . But in system it’s clearly show 10 years of motor warranty. Anyways I need to complaint against IFB washing machine motor warranty issue.

          3 months back I filed the following complaint
          "I have been using IFB 436CTR-BG built in hob since last 2 years at Tezpur Assam -784028. I have been facing lot of problems with it. Many time I complaint to the company, but they couldn't resolve any of my problems. Last time I booked a complaint on 19th January 2022. After around one and half month, one of their technician came, but forget about resolving my issues he even couldn't open the hob. Then he asked me to take the hob to his service center, I took it there and kept it there for three days but even then he couldn't open the hob, on top of that he broke one of the parts, which he himself admitted. After that I contacted the IFB help line([protected]) on 25th March 2022 and they said within 24 hours some of their executive will contact me. but so far no response. Now I want the product to be replaced as they couldn't repair it."

          After one month of partial repairing, the product again started giving problem. The big burner is still not working, the middle size two burners are also showing very low flame. After calling their technician several time I received no response. I have been having lot of problems. Please do the needful. IFB technicians almost surrendered that they can not do anything. In that case I ask them to either replace the product or refund the money.

          Today is 8th day after your last response. 2/3 Phone calls and after that full stop. No communication so far. Nobody came for checking. I am sure all of your technicians know that this product is a defective piece. They can not repair it, so they do not want to come. Why don't you accept that and either replace your product with a new one or take back your defective piece and refund the full value. Within next 3 days if none of your technician visit my place I am going to take serious legal action. I have been suffering since last year. You have to compensate that.

            I am central drugs inspector serving for central government

            I have bought washing machine from IFB 4 years back and i have maintained this washing machine with almost every month complaints finally 4 years completed now my warranty got finished and here is the problem started exactly 2 months under the warranty they have changed mother board and after 2 months again washing machine is not working then i have raised ticket then the person from yousufguda, madhura nagar, hyderabad dealer came and checked and said mother board was damaged again i surprised about the quality of IFB material only 2 months the ifb material will work is my question is that the quality maintaining by the branded IFB???

            The dealer from yousufguda madhura nagar, Hyderabad are rude and they dont know how to speak with customers they are saying we have changed for free last time did they provided washing machine for free is that the way speak with customer??? Is IFB encouraging dealerships to this kind of persons??? If they changed for free they will provide worse material since it is a free material ???

            These yousufguda dealers come every time and change the parts and i dont know what kind of quality parts they are maintaining and changing ... Now they are criticizing the customers by saying you can complaint any where.

            This is not the way parts should work atleast 6 months to 1 year otherwise why should we encourage IFB.

            IFB please take action and do the needful

              During the installation our new ifb washing machine service boy insisted to buy ifb stabiliser for 4500 rupees. He ensure that it has warranty of three years. But after the installation he said GST bill will be send to my what's app. So that I can claim warranty.. But till now I didn't received any mail or message about the gst bill.

                On 11th June I had filed a complaint that the water is not draining from my IFB from t load machine which was purchased in 2018. A serviceman (Ph [protected]) was sent through IFB who drained the jammed mesh and did 2 cleanse cycles and also convinced me to get a water softener placed. I was charged 2300/- . The same problem is recurring since and today after registering complaint another serviceman Mr devi prasad has been sent who claims that the heater is faulty and needs to be replaced which will cost approx 680/- plus he says there is a visit charge of 590/-.

                Kindly justify the warranty of your service charge and the exorbitant charge for visits that are repeated in 32 days time for same issue.

                      Since 3 months my dishwasher is showing f5 error…. the technician visited twice asking to replace parts for 8500rs…without guaranteeing if the F5 error would be resolved…. the technician himself doesnt know what the actual issue is… sometimes he says the drain is blocked then after checking the drain absolutely fine…he says the heating part is not working …. how can i rely on such fake commitments??? kindly rectify my issue soonest

                        My machine suddenly stopped working one fine day. I raised a complaint through its toll-free number. The service men came and after briefly checking the machine commented that the machine's PCB is gone. He then said, as your machine is very old (7 yrs only), and thus its parts are not available. So you need to buy a new machine. This one is gone and no use. He also said as its warranty period is also gone by, they can't help further. To which I said, I am pretty ok to pay for the parts but kindly arrange it from the company as it's only a 7 yrs old machine and it was pretty costly. Then the technician said the company has stopped making this model so you need to buy a new machine now as we can't help in this case. It was a shock for me as I was expecting him to repair the machine. I am not ready to buy such a costly machine again. I asked him to get the part at any cost & repair this machine asap. But he was adamant and said you can call the company yourself but we are helpless.

                        My query is when I have bought this high-end machine from IFB, doesn't it become the company's responsibility to arrange its parts also. If the part is not available then it becomes their responsibility only to arrange for an alternative for the customer. Either they should get the part or they should replace the machine with the new one. Where is my mistake and why should I again invest in a new machine? The machine itself was very pricy & hefty.

                        I cannot buy a new dishwasher at any cost. IFB should provide me with a solution asap. Please help me in this case.

                        So, after giving the complaint in this forum, IFB charged up immediately. I received a few calls from them and 2 technicians visited my house to check the machine first. Then again one technician came from Coimbatore with some parts. He checked and when the machine still didn't work, came another day with another part to be replaced. He then did the needful, repaired, and thoroughly checked the machine to give no fault. Although the cost of the parts replaced was quite exorbitant (I paid around Rs. 5700), my dishwasher finally started working and I was happy to see that. So I can say that IFB acted well on time to resolve this case, at last. I appreciate the service. Hope I don't get to reach this to this forum to raise any such complaints in the future. The companies should not be reluctant to the customers and they should understand the common man's money power. After all, what these big companies are there today, are there only because of their customers. The consumer is the ultimate power. Please don't take us for granted. I would like to applause the work of the technician 'Kavin' from Coimbatore who caught the problem in the machine and repaired it uninterruptedly without giving any false excuses, unlike many other servicemen who when unable to point out the fault due to their half knowledge & inefficiency, try to dust away their work load by giving undue excuses. Thanks to this dedicated and sincere IFB Employee.

                            Its almost 3 to 4 months, I am rising the same compliant repeatedly but no proper response from customer support. After raising the compliant they have visited and said for board change, for that they said it will take 30 days. In between without any information ticket is getting closed. Again raised the same issue, this cycle keeps going on and on. In each visit they not even checking properly the issue, just in mins they will run out from the premises. Totally feed up with customer care calling almost 10 to 15 times in a month.

                              I purchased a Senator WSS 8KG 1400 RPM washing Machine on 15/04/2022. The day i started using it in June 22, it started giving trouble. The clothes are not gettng spined and dried. I raised complaint on 9th June, 12th June and 4th July 22. The technicians visited on 10th June, 13th June, 14 june, 15th June and 4th July 22 respectively. Changed some parts, bur of no avail and the 0r9blem is not fixed. Finally the technicians have raised hands and informed that there seems to he some manufacturing error which they're not able to detect and fix and machine needs replacement. I am not getting proper answer from the Sr service personal of IFB at NCR Delhi. I feel cheated by the company and beeds help through this forum fir replacement of the faulty machine with the new one.

                              The faulty machine was replaced on 09/07/2022, but on running the machine we found that the same problem of CLOTHES NOT GETTING DRIED on EXPRESS 15 and RINSE & SPIN DRY mode, STILL PERSIST. It seems that there is some basic manufacturing defect in this model of the machine it self and I request for the REFUND OF THE AMOUNT, as even the replacement also does not seem to work.

                              With reference to your response dated 16/07/22, please be informed that non of your technicians visited and checked the machine. I am really surprised and shocked that how the technical team of your branch can give such a malafide and faulty AND MISLEADING statements without even visiting and checking the machine. The machine is being used exactly as per the recommendations and the guidelines, but the same is not giving the desired results and the CLOTHES ARE NOT GETTING DRIED (Intermittently). I AM Continuously WRITING MAILS AND CALLING YOUR CUSTOMER CARE CENTER BUT WITHOUT ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE AND ACTION.
                              I REITERATE THAT THERE IS SOME BASIC MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN PARTICULAR MODEL OF THE MACHINE . IN VIEW OF THIS I ONCE AGAIN REQUEST IFB TO GET IT RETURNED AND REFUND PROCESSED URGENTLY FAILING WHICH I WILL HE FORCED YO TAKE LEGAL COURCE AS DEEMED FIT.

                                    Several days ago, IFB service center, nanak nagar, jammu was approached to provide a spare part to a IFB washing machine. Despite several visits and subsequent failure to provide the same, later it was promise by service center officials to directly & timely provide it to the home address given to them even after repeated calls, they have repeatedly failed to do the same. Hence, please look into the matter and ensure availability of the spare part at the earliest.

                                      I bought AC from local vendor in Banda. After day of installation, ac stopped cooling . I lodged complaint many times and some engineers visited at home to resolve the issues but I couldn't resolve the issue. I spoke to regional manager too. This product should be replaced. I'm wondering how company can give bad quality of product to the customer. It's worst if giant company doesn't maintain the quality of product. No body believe to brand. It's very shameful.
