We have purchased 2 washing machines from IFB store Nellore.
Both delivered machines are defective pieces. The company executives want to replace the spare part, which I'm not intrested in. Buying a product to get repaired twice in a year is not justification from the company. I want the product to be replaced with new one or take back the product and refund my money.
