I had purchased ifb senator wxs 8kg front load washing machine from croma on august 7th of this year 2019. Hardly i had used it for 7 to 8 times till now. Now the machine is not working & ifb technician is telling that mother board & door locker has to be replaced.
A machine which cannot even run for 1year without any issues, ifb is selling to the customers. After seeing the online reviews, complaints & feedback from colleagues & friends it is understood that neither ifb products nor service is good.
At the time of installation ifb technicians were talking in there local language that some thing is wrong. But they didn't inform me about what is wrong. But now understood what was wrong that time.in simple terms i had purchased faulty product from ifb. Looks like ifb is training its technicians not to reveal the faults to customers during installation time.
Don't mention statements like we cannot guarantee on electronic. People are trusting the brand & it is ifb's responsibility to safeguard it.
In addition to that very pathetic service & service managers.
