[Resolved]  IFB Industries — IFB Senorita SX 6kg 1000rpm- Front door glass broken

I own a IFB Senorita SX 6kg 1000rpm. I bought it in May 2013. It has been running well since then. Today I put in some clothes to wash inside the machine at 10:30 am. The door was perfectly intact then.

Then I went back at 12:30 am to add some more clothes before I could start wash cycle and found that a big chunk of glass was missing. And a crack in corner. Later to find that glass has broken and fell inside the wash drum. I didn't notice any crack sound etc. It just has come out in one whole piece no additional glass pieces. The Machine was last used 4 days back.

But any incident of this sort is highly unexpected from IFB. My whole family has been like loyal customer of IBF washing machine. Like everyone has IFB washing machine. 9 IFB washing machine in my family currently. Like 20+ year of adoring IFB and recommending to each other.

I have a 1 year old baby who keeps hovering around that machine and I was lucky she didn't go there in between that time. But request resolution of this.
