[Resolved] IFB Industries — ifb service center has charged money for replacement o[censored]nder warranty spare part | |||
Hi, I bought IFB microwave on 2 Oct 2016 online. It was registered for service and warranty with IFB on 15 Oct 2016. the Magnetron of Microwave was under warranty till 14 Oct 2019.i.e. Three years I faced an issue with Microwave and registered a complaint with IFB on 28th Sep 2019. Service engineer came and replaced the spare part (Magnetron) on 28th Sep 2019 and he charged me 3800 + 360 (service charge) for this. I told him that magnetron is under warranty and I need not pay for it. but he asked me for the money. neither the service center, nor the IFB customer care picked my call that time. After that I researched all my bill and the product details and found that I have been cheated by the service center staff. so I wrote email to IFB customer care and service center. Also I made telephone calls to them a number of times but they are not responding to refund my money. Need help Was this information helpful? | |||
