We have purchased the ifb front loading washing machine on 30th sep 2019 from reliance digital. And machine was delivered at home after 3 days. Then after 2 days machine was installed. Then next 10 days we are in follow up with ifb team for complete demo of machine.
After that we are facing pr5 error with machine from 1 month even more than 1 month. 2-3 times case was logged with ifb. 8-10 different engineer has been visit at my home to check the pr5 error. All have different opinions and but no one have visit at home with permanent resolution. All having different temp resolution. No standard procedure was followed ifb service engineer. All ifb engineer thought we are foolish to use front loading machine. We are not capable to use the front loading machine.
We have purchase the front loading machine to facilitate my family not to torture my family using ifb products.
Its many days to chasing with ifb service team to get this resolved.
Its may final call to either get this resolved in last attempt or get this replaced.
