Poor response service team, spare part team and customer care.

I raise a call for system (washing machine) not working dated on 9.12.21. Local service engg visited and confirmed that pcb not working. I told to replace it with new. Service center told me that spare part is not available at that time and they will replace it within 7 days but Till date 26.12.21, the service center berhampur, Spares part bhubneshwar division and IFB customers care not confirm the concrete timeline to resolve the issue against ticket no [protected].
