Dear IFB Team, I purchased an IFB machine Top load 8 kg on 17 July 2018. I am facing lots of problems in that machine and called your customer support so many times. They visited but unable to resolve properly. I have also lot of complaint ticket. Below are some tickets number:- [protected] 15/10/2018 [protected] 1/oct/2018 [protected] 6/dec/2018 [protected] 8/feb/2020 [protected] 17/12/2019 [protected] 10/08/2019 [protected] 03/dec/2019 [protected] 03/dec/2019 [protected] 17/2/2020 [protected] 21/nov/2019 They have already told for replacement and also replacement ID has generated [protected] but now they refused for replacement Now, I am totally frustrated 😣😣😣.
