I am writing this email as I am totally fed up with the service offered by IFB. I live in Velappanchavadi, Chennai - 600077. I own a Elena Dx 5.5Kg washing machine and it was defective by the month of October 2015. I raised complaint [protected], [protected] with IFB call center and it reached Kailash agency ([protected]). One of the technician came and told that the Drum and bearing have to be replaced and the machine is under AMC, he asked few days for order and delivery of the part. Again after 20 days, another technician came and informed that motor also has to be replaced. Since then no one called or visited my home to fix the issue. I tried calling the number [protected] at-least 10 times a day but no response and nobody provides proper resolution for the issue
I wanted this issue to be escalated in high priority and provide proper fix to the problem
Expecting a better service from IFB at least after this email
