I had worst experience with IFB service. I purchased the AMC from the company itself. Recently faced an issue with the washing machine, the door isn’t closing and tub is making lot of noises. So I have raised a complaint #[protected] Dated : 24th May 2023. Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace one of the part, which he said he will do next day. But, no one turned up to replace the part for few days. Then he turned up with faulty replacement part and told he will be visiting again. We (customer) were tracking the complaint and suddenly the complaint was marked as closes without even asking for happiness code. I complained again with complaint number #[protected] dated 28th May 2023 and no one is attending the complaint till date . We are calling local in charge, franchise and but none of them are responding back. I am very much disappointed and facing problem w.r.t Service.
