This is with reference to the IFB Washing Machine DIVA AQUA SX purchased by me on June 22, 2021. This machine has not been working since November 13, 2021 as water was not being let in to the machine at the start of the wash cycles and I had registered the complaint through IFB customer care number (IFB Ticket No. [protected]). The machine was first attended by the technician from Neo Agencies, Mumbai on November 15, 2021. The technician said there is no issue with the machine and reset the machine and left. The machine ran one cycle on that day and from November 16, 2021 it stopped working. On my reporting another technician visited from Neo Agency and said that water inlet valve/feed valve is damaged and has to be replaced and placed order for the replacement of the valve. On November 20, 2021 a third technician visited from Neo Agency and replaced the valve. Still the machine did not work and he has advised that the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) of the machine is faulty and has to be replaced. On being asked about the differing reasons for the fault identified by the different technicians, he said that we should not worry about the replacement of the parts as the machine is under warranty.
I am terribly shocked with the quality of IFB Washing Machine DIVA AQUA SX sold to me by IFB and the quality of service rendered by IFB technicians at Neo Agencies, Mumbai. As serious issues with the working of the washing machine has developed in the fifth month of the purchase itself, I demand that IFB do the needful to replace the washing machine with a new one immediately and remove this faulty washing machine from my premises, at the earliest. I am not willing to settle for anything less than the replacement of the faulty washing machine with a new one by IFB. Was this information helpful? |
