My wife salveena has lodged a complaint(Registration number[protected]
regarding the drum of washing machine model elena vx on 8/3/2016 . They have promised to replace the drum with in 15 days.Now 44 days have passed and whenever we make a call to the the service centre their answer is " We will come tomorrow".Now we are fed up by hearing this answer.Among the ifb service centres in india the kozhikode service centre is the worst.Now we have decided to move to consumer court for a quick solution.
