IFB Industries — IFB washing machine not responding

I have submitted a complaint about repair of my washing machine on 12.06.20. But till date (19.07.20) that is not resolved. We have talked to customer care several times but there is no improvement.

Only answer received from the customer care is "we are sorry sir" "we will escalate the matter to higher officials" "this will be resolved shortly".

What the hell they are maintaining a customer care?

They have given so much torture that i pray to the god that this company should be closed. Such a worst company.

Ifb is continuously delaying the material supply to the site engineer.
