I bought ifb washing machine ifb tl-rdw 6.5kg, a couple of weeks before. From the day of demo, the machine has complaint of water overflowing - water keeps filling up to the drum level and keeps flowing via outlet. This is seriously an unacceptable fault. The service contact manager is not attending the issue properly. He sent a technician who attended the machine and said he has cleaned the sensor and it will function properly and left. After few mins, on loading the clothes machine started to overflow. On reaching the manager again he says that he will send the technician again for service. A new machine being serviced hundred times and not considering the customers position is not acceptable. I am totally unhappy with the customer service. I need a proper contact person whom i can reach out to for replacement of machine.
