The fully automatic front load washing machine i purchased in july 2015 from m/s. Quilon radio service, kollam in kerala was not working and i lodged a complaint on 08/06/2016 (Complaint no. [protected]). After about 5 days and numerous phone calls one guy turned and after inspection he declared that the power board has been damaged and the replacement will take about 3 days since the spare has to come from the company. After about 5 days, they came with the spare and then they realised they had brought the wrong spares. Again on 16/06, they came back with a fresh spare and after fixing it they told the machine still needed something else for it to start functioning and he will come back with the additional item on the next day. Adding to my headache, they are still to show up with anything that can bring back the machine to life. Now i wonder how i got the idea of purchasing this brand when i am using another brand for the past 8 years without any hassles.
