My custmer id is [protected]. My washing machine is under amc. Sir my washing machine is not working since 15 aug 2017. I lodged a complaint with company's custmer care centre on 16 aug 2017 and got complaint ticket no [protected]. Sir on 22 aug 2017, company service engineer attended the machine and replaced the motor of machine. He ensured that machine will now work without any error. After his departure, my wife put cloths into the machine but it worked for half an hour only. Dirty cloths and water is still in the machine. Sir i can not understand why service engineers of your company can repair the machine. I am feeling harassed afer purchasing ifb washing machine. In this connection my complaint no [protected] dated 16/8/2017 is still pending. My washing machine is under amc vide IFB Industries LImited, D 60, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1, New Delhi-110020 AMC No.312444 dated 4/3/2016. Apart from making many telephonic request, I have requested many a times through Indian Consumer Complaints Forum, but my complaint is not resolved. Sir if my complaint is not resolved, I will be compelled to approach Honourable Consumer Court.
