A) I have made a complaint through IFB app bearing complaint ticket id [protected] dated 11/09/2020
and after repeated calls to customer care the technician visited our house and said that " all is ok " with out any reapir. But after our conversation with technician he said that walls is not working it is to be replaced and we will visit your house with spare parts
but after around 14 days they called us back and said that spare parts are not available so we are unable to repair that machine and advised to buy a new machine and they will give 15-25% discount for new machine.as this is a covid 19 situation and we are not in a position to buy a new machine we denied the same.and i urged them to call back with higher authorities
but till date i have not received any call from them.
but with out any confirmation from me they closed the ticket at their end
2) again i raised a ticket bearing ticket numbers[protected] on[protected] but till date nobody is visited our house
our AMC IS GOING to end on[protected] and the management is just prolonging the issue without any service.
my mother is 56 years old and unable to wash the cloths by manual process and she is facing very difficult issues for soaking the clothes
as our amc is still exists
we request you to service the machine or refund the total machine cost i.e rs. 19000(around)
