I bought IFB washing machine 7 kg top load model on August 2019 from dealer of Karaikal, Pudhuchery state...
I had issue on water inlet and booked complaint on 10 th march..serviceman rectified that problem on 11 th March..
But due to mishandling of that service man I noticed some breakage on door keel..so I booked complaint again on 17th march..but the service man came 5 days later and told that he put glue and paste that breakage..but I not want temporary solution..so I not accepted his idea and ask him to replace with new part..so he went away..this is purely his mistake.
Then I called customer care and complained on 24 march and again on 4th April..but there is no proper response..
I trusted on IFB brand and customer service..but I lost hope now..
As said above the service man from IFB franchise of mayiladuthurai who attended service on March 11 is purely responsible of the breakage of my machine door.on that day as we are in duty only our in laws who are old people only in house.so it paved way for that service man to hide the breakage.
I noticed it after one day and booked complaint via toll free number for many time.
Although I am till In warranty period IFB company not take care of my complaint and rectified the issue.
I mailed many times and at last I am disheartened.
IfB authorized franchise side not even contacted me..but they closed my ticket stating that quotation given to us for new parts.
Its crystal clear that problem is from service side..
I need new part to be replaced with warranty offer.so that I not want to pay for the mishandling of service man.
