Dear Authorities,
Inspite of complaint registration( No CB [protected]) through registered mobile no [protected] and repeated request on almost alternate days, No visit by Technician for last five days. Assurance is given that technician will visit within 24 to 48 h keeping the valued customer waiting in inconvenience thereby compelling customer to resort to complaints. with such service ethics IFB will lose its credibility and valued customer like me.
