Hi,
This is kumar from Bangalore. I have purchased a IFB front loading washing machine and after the warranty expired, i have got into AMC
with IFB by paying 3000/- rs.
Now i have got a problem in my washine machine for which i raised a complaint on 30/04/2016. The ticket number is [protected].
But the same was not attended to and the ticket was closed without intimating me or consulting me and even without attending to the
issue
Now, I had to again contact the call center to lodge a second complaint, ticket number [protected] raised on 23/05/2016.
This time around its been 9 days now and there is no update except that the technician calls up and says the required item is not in
stock and will be replaced in a day or two.
Inspite of repeated follow ups, the technicians only say that they will attend to the request in 2 days bt the story is same...No
response or resolution
Even after 9 days of the second complaint, nobody turned up. Whenever i call the technician or his service center, they either dont
pick the call or say it will be replaced the next day. I have now made close to 15 calls to various people but to no avail
THE MOST SHOCKING THING IS THAT MY SECOND COMPLAINT TOO ([protected] ) IS NOW CLOSED WITHOUT BEING SERVICED AND LOOKED INTO. THEY DIDNT
EVEN INFORM ME. PATHETIC...
This is the most pathetic handling of customer I have ever seen and want immediate action to get the machine rectified after all IFB
is not going charity instead they have charged us 3000/- rs for such service.
If required I shall furnish the details of the technicians who have talked to me multiple times but havenot fixed the issue
MY request to IFB is to completely abolish or remove the franchise model of servicing requests for AMC machines as these ppl are
really useless and money makers and nothing else, bringing the IFB brand to disrepute

how can u mark the issue as resolved until the company has actually resolved it??
