[Resolved] IFB Industries — Kakinada IFB center not responding | |||
We have one IFB washing machine and its warranty is completed. But when it is in warranty no executive told to us that we can extend the warranty. now the machine is under complaint and executive asked us to pay rs.6000 for renewal of warranty and for repair. As this is not our mistake. we don't know that there is a system of warranty extension. If we know we used to extend the warranty. After raising complaints also the Kakinada team were not responding and they wantedly closing the complaints that customer is not available. MAIN THING HERE IS THAT the executive Mr. Chandu argued with my wife when he came to rectify the complaint and said that I will see how your people will do the repair without paying rs.6000.
