Hi Team,
I am Vamsi from Hyderabad, i have been using IFB washing machine Serena SX since 6 years. 2 months back water is coming from washing machine drum, so have raised a complaint and local service center guy Yadagiri called me and he sent a technician. Technician just used sum gum to stop it temporarily and that time i spoke to Yadagiri asking him to remove the part and not to stick with a gum. Then i called IFB customer care people and they bring him(Yadagiri) to conference, I asked him to change the part as my warranty is going to end soon if the problem raises again i need to pay for that. Local service center head Yadagiri promised to change the part if the issue occurs again with free of cost even after the warranty.
One week back i faced the issue again and i used to call him since one week, he is replying me that he is sending the technician on the same day but he wont.
Today I called him again and he is scolding me and abusing me i don't know the reason why??
I DON'T WANT TO SPARE THIS AT ANY COST. I WANT HIM TO CALL ME RIGHT NOW OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION.
