[Resolved] IFB Industries — Looting the customer in the name of service
We have lodged a complaint on 7/6/2020 via ticket number [protected] as front door of the washing Machine is not getting locked properly. So it's showing some error and it's not starting. The service personal visited the house today and he charged Rs.3195/- (please verify the bill attached) for changing the gasket for the door. The washing Machine is under warranty period and the old gasket is fine. We have enquired about the price of the gasket with other shopkeeper he told that it's within Rs.1000/-. So the authorised service personal cheated us. ( He even told the ticket number - contact number of the person visited my house is [protected] ) We request the company check it and ensure that no other customers are cheated likewise. Please take some action. Please help me in getting the excess amount I have paid.

IFB company taken quick action. The service personal who had taken excess amount for the spare parts had visited the my house and returned the amount. Thanks to consumer complaints forum abd IFB management.
