[Resolved]  IFB Industries Ltd. — Home appliance division - 9kg washer, 7kg dryer washing machine

I had purchased an ifb washing machine (Model: 9kg washer, 7kg dryer), which cost me about rs 56000/- one year back. My customer code with ifb is 3020918. I have filed more than 15 complains with the company in last 15 months, related to this washing machine working. This is a faulty product and proof of this is company has stopped manufacturing it without having any similar capability product. Now company is not at all listening to my complains and no action is being taken. I have been cheated by this company, please help me.
