Further to my previous complaints dated 02 august 2018, 27 april 2018 and 25 april 2018 regarding ifb washing machine, the problem is still not solved. There is wrong practice by ifb industries ltd that, states in this forum, the complaints have been resolved which is misleading. If they have minimum manners they would say that which way it was resolved this issue in this same platform. How much was given the compensation? What type of company is this? What type of customer service is this? Currently the washing machine was dismantled by ifb technician and kept outside as he has agreed that the machine has serious problems. This is clearly a breach of common customer right and note we called you people over 200 (Two hundred) time to resolve this issue but there was no proper response from your side. I copy the same complaint and highlight below. I purchased a new ifb 6 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine eva aqua sx ldt from your dealer home shoppe, uzhavoor, kerala, dated 22/12/2017. The machine had some problems when the dealer brought to my house and was reported immediately at ifb service center (Gbg technologies, pala) pala, kottayam. Kerala. After repeated telephonic calls, a technician came and replaced the hose and water filter somewhere in january 2018. We only started to use this machine since february 2018 as the machine was faulty and we hardly used this machine five or six time since we bought it. After repeated complaints we made, a technician came from pala office found the problem and replaced the motherboard and motor on 24/03/2018. Later, the technician came and replaced pressure clamp (Replaced on 26th april). After a numerous attempts by ifb technicians using trial and error method, they realized that the machine had serious problems and replaced a secondhand washing machine dated on 28 may 2018, which has the same problem. Currently the machine was dismantled and kept aside by ifb technicians as it is not functioning when we load three or four kg dress and getting error message.
