[Resolved] IFB Industries — machine stopped working one year back which has a valid new amc. still am following up and no one helps to resolve the issue

My machine stopped working since last year. Just a day before i got the amc (Insurance) done for 2 years. I filed a complaint. A service associate came after a week and told we should get new wiring to get the machine work and that is not covered under amc. I paid 4000 for the wiring still the machine did not work. He told he will come back the next day and fix the machine. He never turned up, when i traced him and called him he replied we could not find the spares for the machine so nothing can be done. He also added take a new machine in exchange. We asked for the amc money back since the insurance is of no use since the day one. Then he stopped picking our call. Somehow i traced the manager number and called him. Since then i am calling him weekly thrice till today still the issue has not been resolved. Am washing my clothes without washing machine hoping it will be resolved soon.in next few months amc will be expired and we could not do anything. May be thats their plan.
I thought of getting exchange for the machine but the exchange offer they provide is higher than the online rate. But still my amc payment in vain 😢
