Hi service center call me refuse to help me he said i can do case they have legal dept to fight so let me know if your company refuse to help i shall go a head with legal action as service center inchange mr michael refuse to help he put a wrong tray + water is leaking no help from service center . Sent: Fri, 12 Nov 2021 11:22:03 Subject: service center fooling us in front of service head hello big issue is service center fooling us in front of service head, i got a call at 11.10 am 12-11-21 he was fooling around i have attach a photo which was my model he fooling me after putting the old tray that what he put is new model also i needed 5 ball tray check with service center as openly he is fooling, also all item which was brought at my place was not at all seal pack it was open 1- gear box was open 2- as he hit with hammer to remove gear box ( black colour drainage part stop work) 3- 3th day they brought drainage part open no seal ( infant service person dont know to put that part also i was helping him) 4- no ifb dress they wear they were in normal cloth 5- today its more then 10 days unnecessary delay just service center manager making fool of customers also think that after hiting with hammer for 2 hrs to remove the top plastic train and gear box will that machine have a power 100% crackinside may occur requst to check as openly service center is fooling around customers in front of service centre issue in machine is 2 1 - round tray put is old model 15 years old may be but making fool that tray company change .were company have make 3 to 5 ball tray were he install is 3 ball but no ball attach, were my round tray photo check attach have 3 all attach grey colour and 3 ball which are fit brown colour ( openly service centre fooling aorund) 2- water is leaking from machine ( engg have seen that ) and try to ignore request to check and send some exp guy as yesterday who came was not aware of any thing he was new engg.
