I have purchased microven oven IFB MAKE 20PG3S three years back. Unfortunately my touch panel is not workinf from 2 months. Accordingly i lodged a complaint to ifb customer care on 18th Nov 2015. Immediately i got a sms stating we received ur compaint and this is ur ticket No. [protected] and our technician will call u immediately. But nobody called me in next two days. I called again cust care and i told the same but even aftrr noone bothered. I have taken ifb technician number from cust care executive and called Mr Ravi and Mr Rajkumar at Bangalore to explain the problem. They said panel has to be replaced. I said go ahead. It has been a month iam following daily with them they are simply telling parts have not come and washing their hands. It is very disappointing that such a reputed company like ifb is providing this type of service to their customers. Luckily i have all the voice recordings with me which i had with customer care executives and with their technicians. I will wait for another 2 days if it is not happened iam forced to go to consumer forum. Kindly expedite
