Micro oven 30sc3
I have the amc for the above oven from date 9-5-2015 to 8-5-2017.
But on[protected], the local ifb people called me and told me my amc is over and need to renew. So i paid the amc for 2 years, but later found out that my amc is still active.
I got poor response from the local ifb people regarding this. Also they are refusing to answer my phone calls.
Then i mailed to ifb customer service with necessary particulars and even got a reply stating that = we are looking into the matter and will revert shortly - bimal soreng (Ifb customer service). Even after a week there is no response.
