[Resolved] IFB Industries — microwave oven wrong details | |||
I am Using ifb microwave oven. The touch screen was not working from last year. I made a complaint many times. It seems they have wrongly updated the model in their records. Each time the technician is coming with other model spare parts. Again next time i am calling the customer care and asking to update the correct model, they are saying ok, but they never updated. Yesterday also i made a complaint and they said we will update but the technician came with another model spares. Then immediately i called the customer care and i asked the explanation. They said today morning around 10 am they will make a call back to me about the issue. But still now i haven’t got any call. This is one of worse customer care and service by IFB.
