The microwave's light bulb got fused. So i called and logged a complaint for it's replacement. I was having an amc. Even after 4 days there was no response from their side. So i called at their call centre and asked for the status. They said that the technician has called you several times and due to no response from our side, he din't come for the repair. I told them that i dint receive any call or message from the technician. So they said that they have accelerated the request and it would be resolved asap. I waited for 3 more days after that and called again. The status was same that they have called us but their was no response from our side. So i took the direct contact number of the technician and called him, but their was no response from his side. I called him continuously for 2 more days. After 2 days he finally picked the call and said that they have not received any complaint regarding this. Even on sharing the complaint number he was not able to track it. But he said that he will come and get the work done. I waited for him, but he dint show up and i kept on calling him and he dint receive the call. Call centre is still providing the same status. I don't know what to do. I paid about 3000 inr for amc and there is no response from them. They are so eager that their costumers get an amc but after that they provide no service. If their will not be any response from them within one more week, i have to approach for the consumer cell and fight for this legally.
