Hi, I have logged complaint ti IFB on 16th Oct 2016 related non working of start button. The product is almost a month old and hardly used 5 times.
they promised may times that technician will visit, but neither some one visited nor i got the call from anyone.
I called to their tollfree no atleast 10 times and got the same commitment that technician will visit. This organisation has no value for commitment made to customer. I have lost interest in using this product. hence need replacement with new piece or similar or higher level Was this information helpful? |
