We have been facing problems with our IFB microwave, which started in December. Upon looking up the internet for the customer service number, we came across the first search[protected] and made the call. The technician, after inspecting the microwave, he said that a certain part needs to be replaced which will cost us Rs. 3, 500. We agreed with it and he repaired it within a few days. When we asked for the receipt, he claimed that we will receive it by whatsapp in a few minutes, which, till today, hasn't been received by us on our registered mobile number.
After almost 3 months, on 23 June 2023, the microwave started to show the same problems. We contacted on this number again and asked them to lodge our complaint. We reiterated that a similar complaint was made in January by us. To this, they completely dismissed and asserted that no such call or complaint was made by us. We have been calling for four days now and have been receiving harsh responses from their end. Quite disappointed and furious, we asked them to connect us with their senior executive. To this, they blatantly said - we can't connect anyone with our senior. Anyone can't show up their face and ask us to connect with them.
One of our family members called them to confirm our previous complaint as well. The executive on call agreed we did file a complaint, while there are others who are claiming we didn't - a confusion amongst their associates in which we find ourselves trapped. We again called them to talk politely, but they have not only been shouting at us but also interrupting us from talking and cutting the call on our face. They have now blocked our number.
The executives who were responsible for this misdemeanor were - Sadhna, Kanchan, Riya, and more whose names we couldn't get. Was this information helpful? |
