We are having front load there was some issue so i called up ifb service center (ramanathapur, hyderabad) one mr srikanth (cont no: [protected]) came to me and said there was mother board problem and replaced it and took original mother board with him stating that he have to submit in the office and charged 4000/- as servicing charge. and again it has stopped running after 15 days and once again gave a cal to srikanth and he said to replace once again. i have decided to not give a complaint to servicing center again. i want to know what went wrong whether the spare parts the of ifb company are genuine or servicing person mr srikanth bought and replaced cheap quality mother board. kindly let me know take necessary action. One of your technician said he will come to replace the mother board/power board and when i called him he said IFB has taken back the mother board.
