[Resolved] IFB Industries — Multiple complaints not resolved | |
Dear Sir, This has reference to the Complaint made by us in connection with the non functioning of our washing machine under the Company name of IFB Washing machine. Our complaint Numbers are -[protected], which was provided to us by the company customer care. On several occasions we contacted their toll free / customer care number from the date of our original complaint lodged on 21st of March 2016. Two complaints have been registered already. The complaint id of the latest complaint is: [protected]. It has been more than a month since the first complaint has been registered and more than 3 days since the second complaint has been registered. We have not even received a phone call from IFB forget about a visit. This is utterly disappointing. Does it take a social media post or a consumer court complaint to receive a proper response?
