In spite of several calls, Email and followup with company and service partner Shree Sai, no one are responded to this quires till date 12th Sep 2016.

I think i am dealing with dead-body..
Please do answer to this quires and help us with status on my call.
I need my machine to be replace.

We purchased a IFB washing machine last year from Harsha Electronics MAngaluru. They said it has an inbuilt stabilizer so need not purchase one more.
Now from last week it is not working and the company person is telling us to purchase a stabilizer, which is against their promise.
