My dishwasher is having problem of electric shock. I have raised complaint 2 times and it was marked closed without technician visit. Then customer care escalated twice. Still no one contacted.
First complaint was raised on 28th aug 2023 with ticked id [protected].
IFB complaint escalation process is fake, no priority or follow up by any IFB executive for escalated matters. IFB just do the routine service jobs only, if any service person defaults then IFB becomes clue less what to do. They do nothing then.
