On my previous non heating issue of the aforementioned model one mr. Samrat from bapan microwave service centre attended they are worst incorrigible and irresponsible they could not solve the problem. Present docket number is[protected] against which i have received no calls till now. After sales service of ifb is worst most.

Updated by Deb1968 On the previous incident they had probably changed a capacitor. The problem of non heating persisted on reporting Mr. Samrat from Bapan Microwave service centre came again couldn't solve the issue kept the machine open and went away and on my repeatedly calling him he kept on dodging. My microwave at present had been reduced to a junk by this worthless service center guys.
