[Resolved] IFB Industries — my washing machine suddenly caught fire | |||
We brought ifb digital sx 6kg washing machine on[protected] on 21-2 2018 suddenly machine caught fire when cloths were inside and machine was on. We smell something like fiber melting nd our neighbour came out and help of them we could stopped sever damage of our house. I have raised customer care complain they promise to send person immediately and they also talking about visiting charge and all because it is out of warranty. Why shoud i pay for this accident when there is ur product fault. Even i m ready to pay visiting charg but but no one is still arrived. It is serious matter my 1.5 year daughter was playing near the washing machin. What will happend if my neighbour dosent came nd took her away. I can claim for this accident. I have AMC Of washing machine SERENA.
It has been 25 days after registering complaint but still IFB can't deliver the spares.
Very poor customer care.
What's the use of paying for AMC then.
