Refer the ticket no [protected] regarding my microwave which is still pending since the last 5 months. One technician (seems semi skilled) had visited during March, 2020 to solve the issue but was not able to repair it and he assured me that the repair will be done within a week. Till now the machine is not repaired. I told several times during the last 4 months to IFB customer care executives regarding the matter but only verbal assurance is given to me that it will be repaired within 4 days but no technician has attended. I can't imagine that the brand like IFB has this type of worst and irresponsible service and total customer care executives seem bluffmasters. It is once again requested to solve the matter without further delay.
