Dear Sir.Madam, I need a new stand for my washing machine IFB model Elena SX 6kg but after reminding several times at your service center in Pune Kothrud, nobody of your staff is giving me the correct feedback that when I will get a new product. It is very surprising to hear that the no 1 Brand of India IFB has got a very poor after-sales service or spare parts for its customers. I will appreciate your immediate response on the above subject and hope that I will receive a call from one of your responsible and senior managers on a positive note.
