[Resolved] IFB Industries — No customer support even after paying the AMC | |||||
Hi I took an AMC with IFB for my washing machine. I have raised a complaint on 18 march 2017 and ticket no. is [protected]. No response from any service guy and i kept on calling the help desk for fixing the issue.Every time i get a response saying they will inform the supervisor. Untill now no one has come to fix the issue. Today (10 April 2017) i got an sms saying the issue is resolved. Without even the service guy coming how you can fix the issue. Are you having a magic wand or what? If this is the way you give service in Bangalore then what kind of service you will be giving in Tier2, Tier3 cities. Pathetic, you guys are looting people by making customers join AMC and then not responding to customer complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||||
