[Resolved] IFB Industries — No customer support even after paying the AMC

Hi

I took an AMC with IFB for my washing machine. I have raised a complaint on 18 march 2017 and ticket no. is [protected]. No response from any service guy and i kept on calling the help desk for fixing the issue.Every time i get a response saying they will inform the supervisor. Untill now no one has come to fix the issue. Today (10 April 2017) i got an sms saying the issue is resolved. Without even the service guy coming how you can fix the issue. Are you having a magic wand or what? If this is the way you give service in Bangalore then what kind of service you will be giving in Tier2, Tier3 cities. Pathetic, you guys are looting people by making customers join AMC and then not responding to customer complaints.

Updated by Arun Isaac George Not even a response for this complaint. Pathetic. I think its high time to share in social media about this IFB. So that no one else will fall in this AMC trap with IFB.

I was out of station for just one day and i came back. I am now available all the time. As discussed on that day you promised me to send the technician on 6th may, Saturday. But as usual no one has turned up.

Updated by Arun Isaac George Every time i send a mail you guys are creating a ticket. No one comes to fix the issue and after couple of days you guys close the ticket. The new ticket created [protected] got closed today. No one came to fix the issue. I feel pity on you guys to run such a dirty organization which keeps looting people daily.
