I have purchased a microwave from vedom's co. Gokulpeth market nagpur (440010). Model ifb mw wave 30sc4 sr no. 5001669. On 22/03/2016 vide bill no. Ca19587. This was for mr sunil battuwar r/o gadchiroli (Around 180 km from nagpur and 84 km from chandrapur). At the time of purchase, vedom assured to depute technician for demo/guide etc on 27/03/16, as the microwave was gifted on the eve of house warming.
Since than no one came to him for demo etc. We have contacted vedoms lot of times. Every time they conveyed the matter to ifb support. (8-10 times. Than we also tried for support team incharge. But no one came. After a long gap today i got a call from your technician ([protected]), who was roaming with a wrong address, and blaming us for giving wrong address to him. He argued arrogantly without a shame for delay. Some times we also talked with incharge mahesh [protected]. I request a strong action against vedoms, their tech support cell mr mahesh and today's technician. If theywill not take the cognizance, i will take the matter with consumer forum, social forum.
