[Resolved] IFB Industries — no help after 1 week from service center despite repeated calls

My washing machine stopped working on friday 17 nov 2017. complaint was registered on the day itself.No information about the executive till tuesday 21 Nov 2017. One gentleman arrives in the evening at 4, no identity card was shown. He observes the machine and says control panel needs replacement. Leaves without even touching the machine. Machine is still out of order after a week. Customer care call center keeps promising correction in 24 hrs. Senior executive refuses to talk after promising to get back in 1 hour. Nov 25, 2017 Updated by sangeeta Jakhar I have been in touch with the customer care executive every day since 21st November, as the person who changed part of washing machine left without checking whether the machine was working properly, he didnot give any receipt of the payment made to him . The customer care promise action within 24 hours, but nothing happens. My request to speak to senior executive is denied, i am being given numbers which do not exist.
