I have IFB washing machine, paid AMC also. The machine gives E1 error as soon as switch on though the door is closed. After so many times call, a technician was sent, he lifted the door little bit up and close it then the machine ran. in between if power cut happends the door automatically gets open again gives E1 error. this time not at all closing though we did as technician suggested. this time again so many time call to IFB service center. finally technician came and suggested that the door should be replaced but that will not be covered in AMC, I said ok, place order I will pay for it. I again asked temporary fix if they can do. they said sending technician. still waiting but no technician waiting. just look at the incident for E1 issue has been continuing for a month still it is not resolved . in first visit itself they figured out the issue but no solutions provided. at lease they could provide temporary solution like adjusting door or could see why lock is not holding, not at all analying the issue . simply coming and going, so asked the AMC back. the person in local service center says check with IFB company not with service center. Kindly look into the issue.
This is not only the issue. though you pay AMC, they do not considered about it. Every time we have to beg them to resolve the issue Was this information helpful? |
