I am repeating my previous mail which is not resolved now. What steps the customer has taken? No acknowledgement of the complaint. Today I called more than three times I called theperson whom I had paid my AMC. Everybody put a deaf ear about the complaint.Do you force me to go to the consumer court?
complaint no. [protected]. Already 20 days over. No response from customer care. Minimum 15 times I contacted the so called 24x7 call centre as well as the people whose number I received from the call centre.Totally disgusted.
